Diamond-Ariya Mazie, MFT Intern
Individual, Couples and Family Therapist
Marriage and Family Therapist Intern
Welcome. I am Diamond-Ariya, and I support couples and families in strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and creating healthier emotional connections. I also support individuals in building confidence, strengthening relationships, and navigating life transitions, grief, and breakups. If you are looking for a cost-effective way to improve your life and key relationships then I am your person.
Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in familiar cycles and uncertain about how to create lasting change. Together, we gently explore what may be driving these patterns and begin to build new ways of relating that feel more supportive, respectful, and emotionally safe.
Rather than focusing on blame, I approach challenges from a systems perspective, helping clients understand the emotional cycles, communication habits, and unmet needs that often contribute to conflict, disconnection, or difficulty processing loss. As these patterns begin to shift, clients often experience relationships that feel more stable, connected, and secure.
My style is warm, compassionate, and direct. I believe therapy should feel supportive while still helping you move forward. Sessions are active and goal focused, and I often provide exercises and homework between sessions so clients can practice new skills in real life, where lasting change happens.
I use evidence based, relationship focused models including Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, Bowen Family Systems, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, along with attachment based, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness strategies.
It is an honor to support individuals, couples, and families as they grow, heal, and strengthen their relationships. If you are ready to do meaningful work, navigate change, and create lasting growth, I would be honored to support you.

Scheduling and Communication
Clients may schedule appointments through our online scheduling portal or by contacting our administrative team by phone. Once an appointment is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file. This email will include the telehealth session link and any required intake or consent forms. As a courtesy, reminder emails containing the telehealth link will be sent 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled session, along with an additional text reminder to the phone number on file.

If an appointment is rescheduled or the time is changed, a new confirmation email with a unique telehealth link will be sent. Previous telehealth links become invalid and should be discarded, as each session requires its own secure, session-specific link.
