Building Resilience, Authenticity & Voice Everyday
Teen Social Anxiety Support Group (Virtual)
6-Week Virtual Experience
Feel Less Awkward. Talk with Confidence. You’re Not the Only One.
This virtual group is for teens ages 11-13, and 14–17 who feel anxious in social situations—like speaking in class, making friends, joining conversations, or worrying about how others see you.
You don’t have to be “good at talking” to join.
In this group, you’ll:
-
Learn ways to calm anxiety when it shows up
-
Practice speaking up without pressure or embarrassment
-
Get tools to stop overthinking what people think of you
-
Connect with other teens who actually get it
-
Build confidence at your own pace
This is a judgment-free space led by a therapist who understands social anxiety and won’t force you to talk before you’re ready. Many teens find it easier to start in a virtual group—and that’s completely okay.
You can show up as you are.
